Shamar Catering is a family owned and operated business with over 25 years personal experience in the hospitality industry and a family history in the industry of over 85 years. We strive to achieve the highest quality in our food service by preparing all of our food in our Commercial Kitchen and we do not use any convenience foods . We arrive at your function with sufficient time and equipment to provide our professional service without the inconvenience of our staff using your kitchen. We require a level work area and access to power and water. Our Qualified Chefs then prepare and present the food and serve your guests with the Professionalism that Shamar Catering are proud to provide.
