We have just got back from our honeymoon, so it is my first opportunity to let you know that we were really hhappy with the food and how things were run, particulary given the difficulties of the weather and all those stirs! What particulary pleased me was the comments from our guests, and almost everyone had a different favourite - which I think was a good sign of the overall quality and avariety of the menu.

 Your assistance and advice was fantastic, for the wedding, on Saturday. Your help and guidance leading up to the wedding was, from the outset, invaluable. The food was fabulous and presentation was perfect.

Thank you so much for being a part of what, to me, was a very special day. This was my first wedding as a wedding planner and my reputation depended upon everyone doing the right thing and you certainly did that. Thank you all, once again.

The food was delicious, the service was so efficient and friendly and I was stress free as an hostess. The recipe for a perfect evening. "I just wanted to say thank you, - your staff and the food were fabulous and our guests were impressed as well" Working with Shamar has been smooth and easy, it has really made organising my wedding catering a breeze. In fact, many clients commented on the foods exceptional quality.Your staff were at all times professional and courteous. In addition to the exceptional food and service that you provided the equipment was of a good quality which simply topped off what could only be stated as , the best catering service I have encountered The food was out of this world, you and your staff where great and I can tell you it was thoroughly enjoyed by all. From the time of the first phone call to the end of the evening at the wedding, everything was better than expected. The staff who came on the day to set up were polite & courteous and just "went about their business" No, drama.
The cocktail food served was delicious. Then the main buffet was lovely, the food was presented beautifully. The Chef was courteous & friendly.
Now the desserts , they too were fantastic. Everybody who atteneded the wedding commented how great the food was.
In a time where people over charge, under serve and are not exactly helpful or friendly - it was such a pleasure to deal with Shamar Catering.

Your culinary delights will be missed as will your willingness to assist. Just a quick note to let you know how much your staff were appreciated by the people at last Saturday's wedding.
Guests were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, plus the fact that the staff "all held eye contact" with the guests. The "young bloke" was praised for all of the above as well as "even offering recipes" for some of the dishes. Food was "fabulous".
Thought you'd like some super positive feedback - considering the catering was done under an awning in a cyclone!
